The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and exceptional customer service. This customer-focused role supports sales goals, demonstrates fashion and styling knowledge, and contributes to an inclusive, high-performing store team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find products, sizes, and styling options.
• Meet individual sales objectives and key performance indicators while supporting store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support operational tasks including replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and register operations.
• Educate customers about available programs and offerings, and share product feedback with management.
• Participate in company training and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods; lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
