Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations and support the store vision. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving daily sales through customer engagement, digital selling tools, and building clientele while supporting store standards and team initiatives. The position serves as a pathway to future leadership roles within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals by prioritizing the customer in all interactions
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results
• Utilize digital and alternative purchasing channels (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and promote product discovery tools (QR codes, digital catalogs)
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences and provide feedback to management on opportunities
• Maintain sales floor standards and merchandising to ensure a welcoming shopping environment

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Ability to stand, walk and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register and support multiple sales channels and technologies
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required
