Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first experience on the sales floor to drive daily, weekly and monthly sales. The role supports store initiatives and alternative shopping channels while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This entry-level position focuses on building customer relationships, supporting new technology and contributing to a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to drive sales and achieve daily performance goals.
• Support and promote alternative purchase options and digital tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes).
• Participate in team training and execute company and store initiatives.
• Maintain sales floor standards, visual presentation and product accessibility at all times.
• Build and begin to network a clientele through customer outreach and relationship building.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on customer trends and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Comfort using in-store technology and alternative shopping platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team and management.
