Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that supports daily sales goals and upholds the Ralph Lauren brand standards. This role centers the customer in all interactions, supports store initiatives and team training, and helps drive business through both in-store and alternative shopping channels. The position is a part-time retail role focused on client engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers to build clientele and support clienteling efforts and networking.
• Support company and store initiatives, participate in team training, and provide feedback to management.
• Utilize alternative purchasing processes and digital tools to broaden customer access and product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor standards, merchandising, and store presentation at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
