Part-Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help deliver a customer-first shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Share product, fashion, and styling knowledge, and assist customers in fitting rooms.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and uphold visual guidelines.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for multiple hours.
• Lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
