Part-Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, customer-first in-store experience that supports sales goals and brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on assisting and advising customers, styling, and maintaining store presentation while contributing to team performance and KPIs. The position serves as a development opportunity with potential advancement into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs (e.g., sales per hour, data capture) using company tools.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, advise on sizing and styling, and operate the register as needed.
• Maintain store standards, visual presentation, complete opening/closing tasks, and support floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in trainings and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred; strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the sales floor for extended periods and operate a register.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs., performing stock and dressing room tasks, and following store processes.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel; able to work collaboratively within a team.
