Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including opening and closing tasks, replenishment, and visual presentation.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to support a positive, inclusive store environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for multiple hours.
• Lift or climb as needed and work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
