Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling guidance.
• Drive sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and achievement of individual performance goals.
• Support colleagues through coaching, collaboration, training, and participation in store initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards, provide feedback to management, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Comfort using digital tools for customer engagement and sales.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
