Part-Time Sales Associate - Bloomingdale's

Summary

Represent Jimmy Choo as a brand ambassador and provide knowledgeable, attentive service to clients in-store and virtually. Support sales targets, client relationships, store operations, inventory, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with product selection and try-ons, maintain product knowledge, and deliver high service standards.
• Build client relationships through follow-up, thank-you letters, and merchandise shipping.
• Meet sales targets, manage the client book, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Perform key-holder duties, cash handling, register transactions, inventory tasks, and shipping and receiving.
• Maintain visual and merchandise standards and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable client service.
• Ability to perform sales, cash-wrap, inventory, and store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories, or the ability to learn product terminology.
