The Style Advisor delivers a personalized luxury shopping experience that reflects ZEGNA's heritage and craftsmanship. The role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales goals, and contributes to store operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable in-store service and personalized consultations, including curated looks and Made to Measure solutions.
• Build client relationships through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized selling.
• Develop sales opportunities, meet individual sales and service KPIs, and maintain clienteling and CRM standards.
• Use digital tools and product knowledge to communicate the benefits of ZEGNA products, craftsmanship, fabrics, and services.
• Resolve customer issues and support alterations, repairs, returns, and store operations.
• Share customer insights, product feedback, and store updates with the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a client-focused sales environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, including clienteling best practices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to continued learning.
