Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless client experiences with elevated hospitality and attention to detail
• Present products using storytelling and technical detail to engage clients
• Build and maintain a clientele using the CRM platform and relationship-based selling
• Maintain product knowledge and organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
• Handle administrative tasks, process client repairs, and meet showroom KPIs and standards
• Support team members, follow dress code standards, and travel for business when required

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 year luxury sales or similar experience
• Excellent storytelling, client service, and selling skills with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced showroom, stand for long periods, and work evenings and weekends as needed
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and ability to use company systems
