Summary
Senior Human Resources leader responsible for driving strategic execution of people programs across the region with a focus on talent management, employee relations, change management, and learning and development. Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leads complex investigations and projects, and partners cross functionally to enhance engagement retention and performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive and regional leaders to define talent needs and support recruitment for Director level and above.
- Design and lead onboarding and development programs for Lead level hires to accelerate integration.
- Develop and implement regional strategies to improve employee engagement retention and experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management succession planning and talent reviews.
- Lead complex employee relations cases conduct investigations and partner with legal to ensure compliance.
- Champion change management initiatives and lead cross functional projects to drive people excellence.
- Analyze workforce data to identify turnover drivers and recommend strategic interventions.
- Support learning and development strategy coach senior leaders and build leadership pipelines.
- Maintain HR administration compliance and streamline people processes.
Requirements
- Progressive extensive HR generalist experience within retail or hospitality industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience leading HR teams and developing HR talent.
- Experience managing large scale organizational change restructuring and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and digital HR tools for process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proven project management and problem solving skills.
