Summary

Provides personalized shopping services to clients in-store, delivering curated product recommendations and styling. Builds and maintains client relationships through appointments, follow-ups, and personalized outreach. Supports sales goals while coordinating with store teams to fulfill client requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one styling and product recommendations to clients in the store.
• Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and personalized communications.
• Maintain accurate client records and preference notes in CRM or clienteling tools.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and stock teams to locate and reserve merchandise for clients.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or personal shopping experience.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic CRM/clienteling tools.
