Responsibilities

• Greet clients and conduct personalized styling or product consultations.
• Schedule and manage client appointments and follow ups.
• Recommend products based on client needs and preferences.
• Assist clients with selections and coordinate try on or fittings.
• Process sales transactions and handle client paperwork.
• Maintain client records and preferences in the CRM.
• Support visual merchandising and keep the sales floor presentable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or clienteling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Reliable availability to work retail hours including weekends.
