Responsibilities

• Provide personalized hospitality and anticipate client needs based on preferences.
• Prepare and maintain Personal Shopping suites and satellite spaces to hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with Personal Shoppers on client preferences and upcoming appointments.
• Prepare and serve curated food and beverage offerings with attention to quality, presentation, and timing.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, private clubs, or similar client-facing settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch service to discerning or VIP clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask across stakeholders in a dynamic environment with a flexible, service-oriented mindset.
