Summary

Assist a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, transaction support and operational tasks to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience. Work on-site and via online platforms reporting to an assigned Personal Stylist while supporting digital selling and client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments
• Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service
• Complete post-appointment follow up including order tracking and alterations
• Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives and client experiences
• Enter and maintain accurate client information and records
• Support digital selling and contribute to social media presence
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of fitting rooms using housekeeping services

Requirements

• Previous fashion retail experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools for selling
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including in-store and online shifts
• Team player mentality and attention to detail
• Ability to assist with operational and transactional tasks
