Personal Stylist Sales Manager - Michigan Avenue

As a Personal Stylist Sales Manager at Michigan Avenue, you will lead and cultivate the Personal Stylists program within the store. Your role involves fostering client relationships and coaching Personal Stylists to enhance client loyalty and lifetime value. You will be responsible for strategic business management and accountability of Personal Stylists, reporting to a Senior Group Manager or Director of Sales Experience.

• Recruit, hire, and train new Personal Stylists and develop potential associates for the Personal Stylist program.
• Coach and develop Personal Stylists through strategy sessions to identify client engagement opportunities.
• Oversee the development of outreach strategies for digital selling and in-person events.
• Provide product knowledge, trend updates, and selling skills to drive styling and wardrobing.
• Build relationships with brand partners and merchants to meet client needs.
• Manage operational aspects of the Personal Styling Studio to optimize processes and client experience.
• Oversee Stylist assistants to maximize resources and productivity.
• Assist Personal Stylists in creating strategies to develop and grow client bases.
• Establish a local community network through philanthropic involvement and events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strategize personalized events for the Personal Stylist team.

• 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail fashion.
• Proven track record of building teams and achieving results.
• Strong selling expertise and product knowledge across all categories.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
