Summary

Assist a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational support throughout the selling process. Help deliver memorable customer experiences through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and support selling appointments, ring transactions, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Complete follow-up tasks such as order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes.
• Coordinate appointments, client gifting, and experiences; maintain accurate clientele information.
• Support digital selling and social media, return unsold merchandise to stock, and maintain fitting room cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
