The Personal Stylist Selling Assistant supports a Personal Stylist in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This on-site role assists with client communication, outfit recommendations, selling appointments, and related operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions at POS, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients.
• Maintain accurate clientele information and support digital selling and social media presence.
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain fitting room cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Flexible schedule availability.
