Personal Stylist Support - Designer Shoes - Broadway Plaza

Summary

Provides in-store support to a top-selling salesperson in the Designer Shoes department at Broadway Plaza, assisting with the selling process, customer fittings, and daily department maintenance. Prepares fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson and helps build positive customer and team relationships. Performs general department tasks to maintain merchandising standards and support sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson throughout the selling process and assist with customer interactions.
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson.
• Perform daily department maintenance including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers; strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation.
• Ability to handle bulky or awkward items, reach above head, regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
