Pt Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, customer-first shopping experiences on the sales floor, using product knowledge and styling to inspire purchases. This part-time role supports store sales objectives and KPIs while maintaining visual and operational standards. The position involves direct customer engagement, fitting room assistance, and contributing to merchandising and replenishment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and drive sales performance.
• Engage customers using the Polo Connect program and educate them on available initiatives and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store and visual presentation standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties and support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
• Participate in required trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to operate the register and stand, walk, and be on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move throughout sales floor, stock, and dressing room areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
