The Personal Stylist Support in Mens Apparel provides in-store assistance to salespeople and customers, helping deliver outstanding customer service and support the selling process. The role includes preparing fitting rooms, executing stock and merchandising tasks, and supporting team goals. This is an active position that involves frequent movement and manual handling of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Support salespeople in all aspects of the selling process.
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson.
• Perform daily department maintenance including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.
• Support team goals and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through with tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical requirements include continuous movement for 6-8 hours, frequent bending/twisting/squatting, and regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
