Summary

As a Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support team member, you provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and help maintain a welcoming women's apparel department. You assist customers with purchases, returns, and order pick-up while supporting the sales floor through restocking and light maintenance. The role requires flexibility to support multiple areas of the store and physical stamina for continuous movement and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and transactions
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor runway-ready by straightening, cleaning, and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed
• Stay current on fashion trends and help customers with product decisions
• Build customer relationships by informing them about gift cards and the rewards program

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong organization
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Flexible availability to work a schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift items up to 25 pounds
