Personal Stylist Support

Summary

The Personal Stylist Support role assists salespeople throughout the selling process and helps deliver outstanding customer service. The position also supports department operations and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Support salespeople with all aspects of the selling process.
• Prepare customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by salespeople.
• Build positive relationships and contribute to team goals.
• Complete department maintenance, including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.

Requirements

• Ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational, follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
