Personalization Associate

As a Personalization Associate at Holt Renfrew, you will work closely with clients to customize luxury items through illustration, painting, or engraving. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity and precision, ensuring each project meets the highest standards.

• Consult with clients to determine the scope of work and provide expert guidance on the end result.
• Complete customization work to the highest technical standard, including preparing vector files for engraving equipment.
• Deliver completed projects on or before the promised date and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Partner with Sales Associates to ensure client satisfaction and inform the manager of supply requirements or equipment repair needs.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

• Experience as an illustrator or artist with a portfolio required.
• Knowledge of vector files is an asset.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and clearly in English and/or French.
