Planner, Analytics & Forecasting

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Demand Planner responsible for optimizing inventory levels and forecasting demand across Retail and E-commerce channels. The role manages sales and inventory analysis, weekly order projections, replenishment parameters, and the development of analytical dashboards. This position partners with Merchant Buyers and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and inventory analysis at the style and SKU level to inform demand and assortment plans for omni retail and e-commerce networks.
• Update and manage projected weekly orders and monitor store stock levels to optimize replenishment.
• Analyze door inventory and sell-through rates to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recommend changes to forecasting and replenishment parameters in Logility and fulfill store stock requests.
• Develop product replenishment strategies and build analytical dashboards to visualize key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, sales forecasting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and experience with demand planning systems (e.g., Logility).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.
