Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Educate customers about products, styling, and available programs.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, visual standards, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
