Job Description

Summary

Support the post-production process for brand content, coordinating asset routing, version tracking, file naming, and vendor communication to ensure timely delivery and alignment across Creative, Social, eComm, and Marketing Operations. Act as the operational support for the post-production function and work closely with the Post-Production Manager to uphold organizational and delivery standards in a luxury brand environment. Based in the New York City SoHo headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback across campaigns.
  • Route files for internal review, approvals, and upload final assets to platforms.
  • Maintain organized file naming conventions and support version control.
  • Act as liaison between Post-Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure workflows.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Operations on project milestones and production calendars.
  • Manage vendor assignments, track file submissions, and contracted post-production services.
  • Perform first round reviews for quality assurance, naming accuracy, and formatting.
  • Maintain archive systems and asset libraries with accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in post-production coordination, creative operations, or studio support.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows including retouching, editing, versioning, and delivery.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Frame.io, Adobe Bridge, Dropbox, or other asset management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual standards appropriate for luxury brand content.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in deadline driven environments.
