Press & VIP Intern

As a Press & VIP Intern at Paul Smith's North America Head Office in New York, you will support the Press & VIP Associate and Manager with various press-related activities. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media outreach, celebrity relationships, and the daily operations of an in-house fashion brand.

• Manage sample requests for US titles using Fashion GPS, including send outs and deliveries.
• Coordinate messenger and delivery services.
• Assist with style selections and suggestions for stylist dressing requests.
• Communicate with stylists and assistants for store pulls, recording, and returns.
• Liaise with the LA Studio Services team for studio fittings and communications with L.A based media and talent.
• Organize and present the Press Office/Room.
• Handle tailoring and dry cleaning tasks for sample care.
• Compile daily press and social tracking reports.
• Draft market outreach and research cultural/industry trends.
• Collate in-house reports including daily, weekly, monthly, VIP, and trend reports.

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university program and eligible for school credit.
• Extremely detail-oriented with an organized manner of working.
• Strong team player with clear communication skills.
• High level of professionalism in correspondence.
