Responsibilities- Support the VP of Employee Experience and Director of HR + Legal Tech in developing long-term tech strategies.
- Collaborate with HR business leaders to understand use cases and present strategic trade-offs.
- Integrate SaaS & Packaged software into enterprise systems, overcoming risks with solution design.
- Partner with Program, Product, and Business teams to establish goals and vision.
- Apply advanced concepts to create multi-disciplinary innovations for complex business situations.
- Provide thought leadership to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and sustainability of systems.
- Mentor development teams on engineering practices and secure coding.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering teams.
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java and C#.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-tier systems and developing REST-based and event-based microservices.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies.
- Experience in HR and/or Legal technology domains is a plus.
