Job Description

Summary

As a Private Ambassador Assistant at Louis Vuitton City Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Private Ambassadors by delivering exceptional service to VIP clients. You will ensure smooth operations, enabling the store team to focus on enhancing client interactions and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective support to the retail Ambassador team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and lead daily prioritization, scheduling, client appointments, oversee client orders, and travel plans.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties for business-related issues.
  • Prepare client communication, elevated appointments, metric reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Engage in any ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Outstanding organizational skills in both oral and written communications.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with X-Store is ideal.
  • High integrity, respect for confidentiality, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Positive demeanor, client relationship building skills, and an innovative spirit.
  • Proactive, agile, organized, presentable, and detail-oriented.
