Summary
The Private Client Manager, Southeast builds and leverages relationships within the U.S. connoisseur and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) community to drive recruitment, loyalty, and depletions across the Moët Hennessy USA portfolio with a focus on Hennessy. This hybrid, in-market role is based in Miami and requires frequent travel to support account visits, client events, and luxury consumer experiences. The PCM is accountable for planning and executing bespoke activations, managing sales KPIs, and delivering revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit and convert HNWI consumers into repeat buyers and brand advocates.
- Plan, host, and curate elevated client experiences and activations in partnership with Brand and Education teams.
- Establish and manage partnerships to expand brand exposure and drive scalable sales opportunities.
- Deliver sales targets (including a goal to exceed $1M) and monitor depletion KPIs with Sales and Finance.
- Capture and maintain client and sales records in CRM and analyze market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Manage U.S. allocations needs and communicate client requirements for launches, rarities, and innovations.
- Support logistics for events and account visits, including driving and transport of POSM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of luxury sales experience combining marketing and brand management.
- Existing network or proven ability to recruit HNWI consumers in the U.S.
- Extensive technical knowledge of high-end wines, spirits, and distilling; strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; diplomacy when serving high-profile clients.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel frequently and lift up to 20lbs.
- Experience in luxury categories (watches, fine jewelry, or high-end spirits); multilingual skills, Mandarin preferred.
