Job Description

Summary

As a Private Clients Coordinator at The Landmark in New York City, you will partner with the Director to strategize, develop, and support the Private Client Team to meet and exceed sales plans. You will play a key role in creating a climate of exceptional customer service and client development, acting as a liaison and point of contact in the absence of the Director.

Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships between the Private Client Team and clients to achieve sales plans and drive loyalty.
  • Assist in managing and motivating the team to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Develop client engagement and retention strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Drive client development activities, including event RSVPs and ROI tracking.
  • Support the team in delivering memorable in-store experiences.
  • Resolve client and employee concerns using sound judgment and knowledge of policies.
  • Drive team collaboration and provide feedback to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage team scheduling and back-of-house task execution.
  • Liaise with operational and finance partners to verify funds and transact sales.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: College degree with a focus on fine or performing arts, GIA coursework, and multilingual abilities.
