Support product development and presentation efforts for outdoor collections by curating product samples, developing presentation materials, and influencing design decisions. Use independent judgment to recommend samples and create specification packs while collaborating with senior leaders to align product storytelling with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy for product development presentations including boards digital mock-ups and product rooms
- Evaluate and recommend product samples for leadership approval using independent judgment
- Develop original presentation concepts that integrate brand standards with innovative approaches
- Partner with senior leaders to define product storytelling and guide photo sample selections
- Create and maintain specification packs product development status reports and digital tools
- Curate and oversee organization of finish libraries and product archives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across design merchandising and marketing teams
- Assemble presentation boards and organize physical samples for launch readiness
Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in product development design or creative direction
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and creativity in product concepts
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator and comfort with digital presentation technologies
- Detail oriented with ability to balance creative vision and executional accuracy
- Ability to frequently lift carry and move samples up to 25 lbs and work in product rooms
