Summary

The Web Merchandising Assistant supports online merchandising operations for the Home Office, helping to execute product presentation, assortment, and digital content tasks to drive sales and customer experience. This role works closely with web merchandising and cross functional teams to maintain online catalogs and ensure accurate product information. The position is full time based at the Home Office in Corte Madera.

Responsibilities

• Assist with online product assortment and category merchandising execution
• Maintain and update product content and imagery on the website
• Support promotional and seasonal merchandising initiatives
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure product accuracy
• Monitor online inventory and product availability issues
• Help analyze merchandising performance data and report insights
• Implement site changes and content uploads as directed

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience in merchandising or e commerce support
• Familiarity with product content management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Proficient with Excel and basic data analysis
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
