Product Development Associate

Summary

Support the development and engineering of furniture collections by creating CAD models, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Partner with the Design and Development team to translate design concepts into production-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Create SolidWorks CAD models, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Implement engineering revisions and support new furniture collections.
• Assist with design presentations and document design reviews, meetings, and project updates.
• Organize product specifications and technical resources, and contribute to workflow improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product development experience; furniture industry experience preferred.
• High proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes; upholstery experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
