- Prioritize and coordinate feature execution to meet business goals.
- Establish objectives and monitor key results to measure initiative success.

- Create insights to guide strategy and product roadmap through understanding customer needs and competition.
- Develop relationships with key business partners for alignment and communication.
- Communicate with executive stakeholders globally and lead discovery and vision sessions.
Requirements- Extensive experience as a product manager with success in translating business strategy into consumer products.
- Performance history as a direct people manager with supervisory accountability.
- Preferred experience in ecommerce and omnichannel with a global scope.
- Proven track record of launching new product features that drove significant value.
- Effective communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
- Comfortable in a matrixed, iterative development environment.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
