Summary
Lead the strategy and execution for Digital Asset Management to organize store and marketing visual content across channels. Partner with creative teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and drive adoption of DAM solutions including Adobe AEM Assets and proprietary tools in a hybrid headquarters role.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive visual content strategy and product roadmap for digital asset capabilities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Digital Merchandising, Campaign, Product Management, and Engineering to optimize asset workflows.
- Lead vendor and partner relationships including quarterly business reviews with Adobe.
- Promote adoption and innovation in visual content management and GenAI advancements.
- Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and sunset.
- Evaluate new technologies and integration opportunities to improve content pipelines.
- Measure product performance and iterate based on metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning for successful product launches and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, creative operations, or content production.
- Experience with photographers, creative teams, and visual content workflows in retail or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management, PIM, CMS, or similar platforms preferred.
- Technical fluency in software development principles, Agile methodology, and testing practices.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences.
- Proven cross functional collaboration and leadership skills with executive level communication ability.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
