Summary
Lead the Digital Asset Management product strategy and roadmap to organize, store, and distribute visual content across the company. Partner with creative teams, Marketing, and Engineering to optimize content workflows, drive adoption of DAM solutions, and deliver product initiatives from discovery through sunset in a hybrid headquarters role.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive visual content strategy and product vision for DAM.
- Develop and evolve content management capability roadmap with cross functional partners.
- Lead strategic vendor alignment and quarterly reviews with Adobe.
- Promote adoption and innovation in visual content management and GenAI opportunities.
- Optimize end to end content workflows with photographers, stylists, and creative teams.
- Collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Campaign, Product Management, and Engineering for technical execution.
- Oversee full product lifecycle of digital asset tools and evaluate new technologies and integrations.
- Ensure successful product launches through planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, creative operations, or content production.
- Experience with photographers, creative teams, and visual content workflows in a retail or enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with DAM, PIM, CMS, or similar content management platforms preferred.
- Technical fluency in software development principles, Agile methodology, and testing practices.
- Proven cross functional collaboration and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills including executive level presentation.
