Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and driving product vision for brand landing pages and retail media experiences. Partner with cross functional teams including engineering, UX, sales, ad operations, and analytics to scale brand discovery and integrate ad server capabilities. Focus on customer experience, revenue growth, and measurable performance for Nordstrom owned properties.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and vision for brand landing pages and retail media placements.
- Collaborate with UX and engineering to design scalable page architectures and integrations.
- Prioritize roadmap balancing scale, richness, and operational efficiency.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurement plans for features and ad slots.
- Work with ad operations to define trafficking workflows and operational handoffs.
- Partner with sales and merchandising to translate brand requirements into page designs.
- Manage backlog, agile ceremonies, and launch planning with engineering teams.
- Monitor KPI performance and partner with analytics to report campaign and page performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in ad tech, retail media, or e commerce platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience collaborating with UX and engineering to translate requirements into designs.
- Knowledge of ad operations, trafficking, campaign setup, and operational handoffs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and advertising performance metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Self starter with meticulous attention to detail and ability to own initiatives end to end.
