Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Sponsored Product Ads to drive revenue and advertiser success. Partner with Media Network, engineering, ad operations, analytics, and vendor partners to scale platform performance, improve advertiser ROI, and enhance customer experience. Own technical vendor relationships and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap for Sponsored Product Ads.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and translate requirements into technical specs.
- Prioritize features balancing advertiser demand, scalability, and customer impact.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurement plans for platform features.
- Define placement strategy, targeting capabilities, and ad quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs such as fill rate, impressions, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with sales, ad operations, analytics, and engineering to deliver product goals.
- Drive backlog management, agile ceremonies, and launch planning.
- Establish governance, brand safety, and policy frameworks for ads.
Requirements
- 3+ years product management experience in ad tech, retail media, or e-commerce platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience using vendor platforms, APIs, and data feeds.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable.
- Experience with ad operations, campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and advertising performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to own initiatives end-to-end.
