Production Associate Technician - 3rd Shift

As a Production Associate Technician on the 3rd Shift, you will support the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a safe work area.

• Adhere to and motivate others to follow work instructions.
• Complete equipment calibration and setup; communicate maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Identify quality, process, and workflow problems; inform Supervisor of outstanding issues.
• Participate in training of Associates; mentor new hires and cross-train associates.
• Communicate and share information with Supervisor; participate in team meetings and focus groups.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and notify Supervisor of potential safety issues.
• Support and monitor all safety requirements and provide feedback where necessary.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines.
• Reliable in attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods.
