Summary
As a Program Manager 1 on the Technology team you manage programs that improve employee engagement communications and operational efficiency. You collaborate with stakeholders across technology HR product and finance to execute initiatives drive program timelines and maintain project documentation. This role focuses on content management event coordination and continuous improvement of team processes in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and events
- Organize and facilitate monthly employee and recognition meetings
- Create and distribute engaging employee communications
- Design develop and maintain SharePoint sites and collaboration spaces
- Clean up organize and optimize Confluence pages for usability
- Craft project scope documents and track project milestones
- Monitor projects propose operational enhancements and manage ad hoc requests
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings workshops and events
- Communicate risks document changes and provide stakeholder status updates
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project or program management preferably in technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred in communications business administration computer science or related field
- Proficiency with MS Office SharePoint Confluence and Teams
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with data visualization tools and content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize manage time and handle multiple tasks independently
- Willingness to learn new platforms tools and emerging technologies
