Summary
The Technical Program Manager 2 for Business Insights Transformation leads cross functional initiatives to enable scalable modern data platforms and infrastructure. This role drives orchestration and automation efforts, improves developer productivity and infrastructure scalability, and partners with engineering product and data teams to support enterprise data transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive platform enablement initiatives including infrastructure automation developer tooling and orchestration frameworks
- Manage scope resources and schedules for technical programs supporting IaC CI CD and self service provisioning
- Lead implementation of workflow engines automated testing frameworks and cloud native solutions
- Coordinate across workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery for data strategy governance and analytics enablement
- Facilitate technical design reviews and influence platform architecture and automation decisions
- Identify and resolve dependencies across cloud platforms data processing engines and analytics tools
- Establish metrics to monitor system performance automation adoption and delivery efficiency
- Lead teams through full lifecycle delivery from design to operational handoff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in technical program management in data platforms infrastructure or developer tooling
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms such as Airflow Prefect or Dagster and workflow management systems
- Experience with IaC tools Terraform or CloudFormation CI CD pipelines and containerization with Docker Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms GCP and AWS and data processing engines such as BigQuery and Spark
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like Python SQL and bash
- Skilled in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management communication and ability to lead cross functional teams
