Summary
Early-career individual contributor responsible for supporting delivery of AI frameworks and platforms. Works with engineering and product teams to manage technical programs, create documentation, and drive adoption of AI tools while operating within defined processes and under senior supervision.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to delivery roadmaps and plan monthly milestones for AI initiatives
- Monitor project execution and measure work-in-progress velocity
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration between engineering and product teams
- Drive process improvements through retrospectives and data-driven insights
- Create clear technical documentation for AI tools frameworks and processes
- Design and support learning and development programs to upskill teams on AI
- Communicate project status risks dependencies and outcomes to stakeholders
- Perform capacity planning and resource management using JIRA and project tools
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in technical program or project management
- Experience with AI products or technologies
- Skilled in JIRA and project management tools
- Experience designing or delivering training and learning programs
- Ability to create accessible technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers
