Technical Program Manager 2 - Customer Experience

Summary

Technical Program Manager 2 partners with business and technical stakeholders to design build and launch technology solutions that deliver customer value. The role manages moderately complex programs across departments applying engineering lifecycle knowledge to define requirements estimate effort and drive continuous improvement. The position requires understanding of cloud APIs services and end to end capability with a customer focused lens.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs from planning through delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define technical and data requirements
• Create measurements and KPIs to quantify program success and identify gaps
• Coordinate design reviews story creation task estimation triage and scheduling
• Communicate technical requirements to dependent teams and resolve issues
• Work with engineering teams to estimate effort and track progress
• Apply engineering lifecycle practices to feature design and performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful program delivery
• Experience managing programs with cross functional stakeholders
• Basic technical knowledge such as cloud APIs services Windows stack or databases
• Ability to read basic code constructs and estimate engineering effort
• Must be located within commutable distance to Seattle WA and work onsite four days per week
