Summary
Lead and manage programs supporting the Alterations business to design, evolve, and deliver tools and initiatives that strengthen the talent pipeline and sustain business operations. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to create scalable resources, training, and processes while measuring program effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Alterations Workforce Training program portfolio partnering with Legal HR Finance Marketing and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple project plans ensuring actions milestones and deliverables are tracked and communicated
- Maintain and evolve the program roadmap with a focus on scalability and alignment
- Support program management including strategy content development delivery planning and effectiveness measurement
- Design training and communication plans and produce supporting materials
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather insights validate content and cocreate tools
- Drive cross functional collaboration to ensure consistent compliant and impactful training initiatives
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in retail strategy program management or similar business experience
- Experience supporting cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex concepts
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities managing multiple projects independently
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently
- Curiosity and ability to quickly learn tools and processes across roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and influence without authority
