Summary
Manage the NELO and NextGen WMS initiatives within Supply Chain Operations, supporting cross-functional teams in delivering program objectives and measurable value. Lead change management and coordinate strategic planning and tactical execution with site leadership, technical program managers, and internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop program tracking, updates, and standardized documentation to support objectives, governance, and leadership reviews.
- Communicate progress, performance metrics, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Lead change management strategies and communication plans for site managers and team members.
- Support implementation workstreams including build, testing, training, and on-site execution; align operational workflows and system requirements.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate WMS and MHE incident tracking and escalation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of program management experience with successful program delivery.
- Experience contributing to large-scale programs such as software implementations, facility programs, or equipment and automation installations.
- Supply chain experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred, particularly in logistics, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or store operations.
- PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated experience is preferred; travel of 15% or more is required.
