Summary

The Senior Operations Manager leads warehouse operations and develops managers to support business strategy and day-to-day efficiency. This role drives safety, quality, performance, cost reduction, and leadership succession across multiple shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers and their supporting teams.
• Drive safety, quality, performance, operational efficiency, and key performance indicators.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders.
• Manage warehouse budgets, monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operational support teams to test and implement solutions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Experience developing leaders and building leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators.
• Experience managing projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and communicate effectively.
