Project Leader

As a Project Leader at RH Contract, you will be part of a dynamic team that transforms spaces by managing the end-to-end project lifecycle. You will work closely with the Sales Team to support and grow the business, ensuring extraordinary outcomes for our customers globally.

• Develop and lead comprehensive end-to-end project plans shared internally and with clients.
• Coordinate and lead project status meetings.
• Participate in recurring department meetings.
• Proactively recognize, respond, and lead appropriate resolution of complex priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish close relationships with partners to drive solutions that deliver positive results.
• Ensure data accuracy through systems and project-related communications.
• Drive results through strong collaboration, leadership, and critical thinking.

• Minimum three years of project management experience in the Contract (B2B) or related industry.
• Proficient in multiple systems and spreadsheets.
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
